Terms and Conditions for Juventus Academy Ghana

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling or participating in any Juventus Academy Ghana programs. By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each program, including age requirements.

1.2 Registration: Registration is completed by filling out the official registration form and paying the required fees.

2. Payments and Refunds

2.1 Fees: The academy fees, including registration and program fees, must be paid in accordance with the academy’s payment policies.

2.2 Refunds: Refund policies are specified separately for each program. Refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval.

3. Academy Rules and Conduct

3.1 Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to the academy’s code of conduct, which includes respect for coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

3.2 Discipline: The academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including expulsion, for violations of the code of conduct.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Medical Information: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information for their children and ensuring they are in good health to participate.

4.2 Emergency Contact: Parents/guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information.

5. Liability and Release

Participants and their parents/guardians release Juventus Academy Ghana, its staff, and organizers from any liability for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during academy activities, except where prohibited by law.

6. Image Release

By participating in Juventus Academy programs, participants and parents/guardians grant permission to use images and videos of participants for promotional and educational purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including academy content and materials, remain the property of Juventus Academy Ghana and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Program Changes and Cancellations

The academy reserves the right to make changes to programs and schedules, and in the event of insufficient enrollment, may cancel programs. In such cases, refunds will be provided as specified in the refund policy.

9. Privacy Policy

By enrolling or participating, you acknowledge and agree to the academy’s privacy policy, which outlines the collection and use of personal information.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The academy may update these terms and conditions as needed. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
